and complete the online claim form for this Promotion (including name, address including postcode, email address and contact telephone number and Qualifying Product details) and, upload a copy (JPG, JPEG, PNG and PDF are all acceptable) of their purchase receipt for the Qualifying Purchase (which must include both the date of purchase and model number of the Qualifying Product(s) purchased) (“Claim”).
