Fleetwood Bloxx-It is an interior/exterior primer, sealer, and stain sealer. It has rapid drying allowing for re-coating in just 2 hours It has great hiding power providing excellent stain killing and producing a great basecoat for any subsequent topcoats. Stains of all kinds are permanently sealed so topcoats are blemish-free.
