The Weber Spirit Classic E310 is the barbecue for moving across from charcoal to more adventurous gas grilling being a stylish barbecue that is practical, simple to live with, needing little fuss to build and simple to use giving a great introduction to direct or indirect grilling which has been achieved with out any concessions on build quality and grilling performance – precisely what Weber's reputation for barbecues would lead you to expect.

Beefily built to take the abuse which will certainly occur over it's long grilling life the Weber® Spirit Classic E310 is constructed from a powder coated steel frame on which sits the rugged and robust Porcelain-enamelled cook box enclosing hard working and easy to care for stainless steel burners, Porcelain-enamelled Flavorizer Bars and Porcelain-enamelled cooking grates that are all have been created to blend function with lighter weight and ease of maintenance

The lid of the Weber® Spirit Classic E310 has a solid full width handle making it simpler to lift and an easy read central thermometer so grilling conditions can be checked with out needing to lift the lid too often. Beneath the lid there is a useful warming rack which sits over the Porcelain-enamelled cooking grates gates that make up the large 2735cm² cooking area.

Sited underneath the Porcelain-enamelled cooking grates are Porcelain-enamelled Flavorizer bars, which can be easily taken out for cleaning and maintenance, which a vapourise cooking juices or residues falling through the cooking grates onto them to recycle the vapour up into the cook box for extra flavouring for the food being cooked on the grates. The Flavorizer Bars drastically cut down the likelihood of flare ups by stopping those cooking residues from dripping down onto the stainless steel burners as well as protecting the three burners that sit below them.

The Porcelain-enamelled cooking grates and Porcelain-enamelled Flavorizer bars are available to purchase as replacement parts for when they become tired and the performance of the grill begins to lose it's edge.

At the front of the Weber® Spirit Classic E310 is the neat control panel for the barbecue with it's Crossover Ignition System, which will fire up all three burners at the same time, and three infinite control burner valve dials which allow the gas flow to each of the three burners to be regulated independently for total control over grilling. The three independent burners provide the option to use the barbecue for indirect grilling whereby the barbecue can be used successfully for roasting or baking by turning the heat up on the left and right burner and down on the central burner.

On the front of the cart of the Weber® Spirit Classic E310 there is a distinctive Weber Kettle logoed screen which is a stylish way to hide away whichever utensils or accessories needed to be stored below the barbecue as well as a 5kg Patio Gas bottle that can be used within the cart. The larger sized 13kg Patio Gas bottles will need to stand under the side table when grilling with the hose going into the barbecue through the hole on the barbecue side.
